TIE' OSTERIA GINTONERIA

This was our best dining experience of our entire holiday. We started off with a cheese plate with 4 different regional choices that had carefully been selected and went really well with the red onion chutney (best chutney I've had in a while!). We then moved to the ribs as the diaphragm that were both very well cooked and tasty! Above all the entire time, the service was outstanding. Both gents really showed that they cared, checking on us several times and taking the time to explain menu items we hadn't understood immediately. Highly recommend this place, you won't regret it!

The best place to eat in the area, excellent service and the food is just delicious, I really reccomend it if you wish to eat a tipical italian and enjoy a great armosphere!

30th June , 2024 ….. the day that ended up to be a RATHER GREAT DAY since we have had dinner at this amazing traditional osteria - the food was amazing … the wine also … the dessert from another planet …. I never ever had tasted a cannoli like that !!! And trust me have been around a lot … with two words .. was an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Strongly suggested !!! The reason for me to visit Bari again and again !!! BRAVO GUYS !!!

This bistrot Is very very nice! Me and my friends had dinner here and food was so delicious! If you want to eat good food so come here! Thank to guys that work here, funny and available!

This place is a little gem. The menu is well thought, traditional cousine with a modern twist; very well presented and tasty. I highly recommend it!! Clap clap to the Tiramisu’, one of the best I ever tried!

I visited Tie Osteria in Conversano two nights ago and was truly amazed. First of all, the place is beautiful and welcoming, just a short walk from the historic center. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was nothing short of spectacular! The presentation was thoughtful and well-executed, and with every bite I couldn’t help but say out loud, “Mmm, delicious.” We started with a Neapolitan frittatina and fried cod served with a beetroot/lime cream and mixed berries—absolutely outstanding. For the main courses, we had pasta “cacio e pepe” and a creative take on vitello tonnato, served with thin slices of Cantaloupe melon. Everything was perfectly paired with a lovely glass of Susumaniello red wine. You simply cannot end your dinner here without trying their desserts. We had a Puglian-style cannolo with a slice of Altamura bread rolled with homemade-tasting orange marmalade—sweet and tangy—served with fresh ricotta. I was honestly blown away. This restaurant is truly worth a visit; the prices are very reasonable for such attention to detail—perhaps even too modest. Thank you for a wonderful evening, and most of all, my taste buds thank you!
